Job Title: Technical Administrative Secretary
Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to technical teams including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
Maintain and update technical documentation, databases, and project records.
Coordinate with technical teams to track project milestones and deadlines.
Assist in preparing presentations, technical reports, and data analysis.
Support in troubleshooting minor IT and technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Handle communication with vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of technical queries.
Maintain records of equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance schedules.
Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phones, minutes of the meeting and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with technical tools or CRMs (e.g., Cloudoffix, Zoho Recruit).
Basic understanding of IT systems and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
