We’re building a $100M brand — and that means we need someone who knows how to connect platforms, automate systems, and build a seamless tech backend inside Go High Level.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Tech VA who is 100% confident and experienced in Go High Level (GHL) to support the setup and maintenance of our digital products, agent onboarding portals, and backend automations.

You’ll work alongside our CRM/Funnel Tech VA and Project Manager to ensure smooth experiences for both clients and agents — from opt-in to product delivery to onboarding and automation.

This is a tech execution role — not entry-level. You’ll be expected to know GHL workflows, triggers, tags, forms, campaigns, and the overall flow of building automated systems.

???? Key Responsibilities:
? Go High Level System Setup (Required)
Build and manage automations, tags, workflows, and triggers

Set up form and calendar integrations with funnels and portals

Ensure GHL systems deliver products, onboard agents, and track engagement

Connect GHL to other platforms like Stripe, Calendly, Mailbox Power, etc.

Clean up/organize pipelines, campaigns, and tag structures

? Agent Onboarding & Course Portal Support
Upload content into training portals (Circle, Kajabi, Podia, etc.)

Build GHL automations for step-by-step agent onboarding

Set up quizzes, forms, or progress trackers (if needed)

Troubleshoot access, automation, or user delivery issues

? Digital Product Delivery & Automation
Set up delivery systems for checklists, webinars, mini-courses, ebooks

Build access emails, thank-you pages, and follow-up workflows

Ensure products are connected to GHL campaigns and tracked properly

? System Optimization & Support
Test all automations for errors, delays, or delivery gaps

Document setup and update SOPs

Assist Project Manager in organizing system builds inside Upgrade to see actual info

Support team with technical problem-solving

Like being behind the scenes, making everything run like clockwork

? Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience in Go High Level (workflows, CRM setup, triggers, forms, tags)

Experience setting up digital product systems or membership areas

Familiarity with funnels, opt-ins, calendar booking, and payment integration

Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to reliable execution

Strong communication skills and experience working remotely with a team
