- Monitor system alerts and notifications and act accordingly.
- Respond to IT tickets promptly and professionally.
- Escalate and assign tickets to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Contribute to IT projects as and when assigned.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve IT-related issues.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Stable internet and consistent power connection.
- Quiet working environment free from external distractions.
- Proven experience in technologies including but not limited to:
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Azure
- Windows OS
- MacOS
- Spam filtering solutions
- Basic networking
- Cyber security protocols and practices.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
