Tech Support / Junior Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for someone who has an entry level grasp of web development and wants to leverage that knowledge into work experience. This role will have a variety of responsibilities, ranging from completing customer service tasks to developing simple features to add to our platform. You will be expected to work within our existing framework and adapt as said frameworks change. We are a Web Development company and require someone who can aid us in several aspects of our services such as ongoing customer support, application integration, and web development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client requests in the form of tickets
- Communicate with clients based in the US via email
- Communicate with the development team to complete longer term projects
- Utilize our proprietary platform to complete tasks
- Add additional functionality to our existing platform
- Follow a predetermined checklist to aid in the website development process
- Work within our CRM software to track progress and completion of work items
- Help create workflows and Standard Operating Procedures to guide future employees in this role

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to program in the following languages & technologies: PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Github and git experience
- Written and Verbal comprehension of English
- Experience with the Wordpress platform
- Phpmyadmin experience
- Laravel experience
- Hubspot experience
