Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Digital Product & Coaching Business)

Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and creative Virtual Assistant looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced online business? I’m a solopreneur running a digital product and coaching business, and I need a highly skilled VA to help me streamline operations, optimize funnels, create engaging content, and manage customer interactions.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week), with flexible hours but some overlap required with US Arizona time.

???? Responsibilities

???? Funnel Building & Tech Support
Build and optimize funnels in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Set up automations and integrations to enhance workflows
Manage email sequences and campaign automations

???? Customer Service & Community Management
Respond to customer inquiries, refunds, and support requests in a timely manner
Monitor and engage in the community (Facebook/Discord/off-Facebook platforms)
Ensure customers and students have a smooth experience with digital products and courses

???? Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design landing pages, social media graphics, and promotional materials
Create Canva templates, workbooks, PDFs, and digital products
Edit and schedule Reels, carousel posts, and other social media content

?? Copywriting & Marketing
Write engaging email sequences, sales pages, and product descriptions
Draft and post social media captions and website content
Assist in creating course materials and guides

???? AI & Automation
Set up and optimize AI-powered automations for content and operations
Implement AI tools for content repurposing and customer support

???? Ideal Candidate
? Detail-oriented & highly organized – nothing slips through the cracks!
? Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) or willing to learn quickly
? Skilled in Canva & basic video editing for Reels/TikToks
? Excellent written English for copywriting and communication
? Tech-savvy & experienced with automation tools
? Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
? Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

???? Rate: $1000.00 per month
? Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible but with some overlap with US Arizona time
