Virtual Assistant (Sales, Design, and Administration)

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Manage and track leads within the company's HubSpot CRM.
Input lead information into spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
Prepare and send invoices to clients.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Create and maintain meeting notes.
Design
Create marketing materials, including social media posts, flyers, and presentations.
Design visually appealing playbooks and guides.
Develop a brand kit to ensure consistent visual branding.
General Administration
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Required Skills and Experience
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
Strong design skills using Canva or similar design software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with B2B sales and marketing.
Ability to use AI tools for content creation and other tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with LinkedIn marketing.
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: 58,000 PHP per month
Work Location: Remote
Working Hours: Flexible, but availability at 9:30 AM or 4:00 PM (PH time) is required during onboarding and for twice-weekly check-ins.
