JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
I’m building a business coaching men aged 30-45 (@theoptimizingdoc) on how to reduce drinking and optimize their health with diagnostics, mindset and performance coaching. I've taken on a first client and I'm looking for my #2 to help me build the business from scratch. I want you to work alongside me so that I can give you different things to execute on but also think strategically and independently.

I'm looking for that rockstar who can grow with the business and become invaluable to me as we gain momentum.

ABOUT YOU
1. Marketing Knowledge: Background in marketing (degree or relevant experience), with a solid understanding of ICP / Branding / Marketing messages / Lead Generation / Outbound
2. Tech Proficient and Organized: Able to use Notion to organise all the tasks / projects, use ChatGPT as well as create and synethesise research and output e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets.
3. Social Media Expert: You need to understand content and social media DEEPLY
4. Mindset: Intelligent, coachable, and eager to learn and grow with the business.

**NOTE : Time Zone Compatibility: Available during UK working hours (5 PM–1 AM Philippine time)**

RESPONSIBLITIES
Project and Task Management

Organize tasks, workflows, and projects in Notion, ensuring all workstreams are clear and up to date.
Track progress across initiatives and provide regular updates.
Marketing Support

Refine and iterate on the offer document using feedback and tools like ChatGPT.
Assist in creating and managing ICP-driven branding, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
Content Research and Strategy

Identify high-performing competitor videos and extract transcripts for analysis.
Build a list of effective content hooks and content ideas using ChatGPT and industry research.
Lead Generation and Outreach

Compile and organize leads from Instagram and other sources into Google Sheets.
Execute outbound strategies, including cold DMs (50/day).
Social Media and Content Execution

Analyze content trends on Instagram to recommend high-impact ideas.
Collaborate on scripts and visuals for short-form videos.
Communication and Reporting

Summarize findings, insights, and deliverables in clear Google Docs/Sheets.
Provide regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
