What you’ll be doing

1. Software Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conducts thorough testing, including cross-browser, integration, GUI, regression, usability, and functional testing, to ensure software meets business requirements and system performance goals.
2. Bug Investigation & Reporting: Identifies, reproduces, and documents software bugs with detailed steps to reproduce (STR), collaborating with developers and digital producers to resolve issues efficiently.
3. Support & Client Engagement: Provides technical support to the Client Relations team and directly assists clients by troubleshooting software-related issues, ensuring a strategic approach to resolving concerns.
4. Testing & Documentation: Develops and maintains structured test cases, checklists, and bug reports to facilitate clear defect tracking, ensuring all issues are logged, documented, and effectively addressed.
5. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration: Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify patterns in system performance issues, suggest enhancements, and ensure software meets quality standards while aligning with end-user expectations.
