Tech Master (Shopify, UX/UI & Email Optimization

Position: Tech Master
Type: Full-time / Remote

We are seeking a Tech Master with a versatile skill set to manage and optimize our Shopify platform while bringing creative expertise in UX/UI design and email marketing. This role combines technical know-how with design and marketing excellence to ensure an outstanding digital presence and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Shopify Optimization & Technical Excellence
- Daily Platform Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the Shopify platform for performance, speed, and functionality.
- Bug Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless website operations.
- Integration Management: Maintain and optimize integrations between Shopify, CRM systems, and email platforms for smooth customer data tracking and communication.
- SEO Enhancement: Implement strategies to boost search engine visibility and organic traffic.
- Lead Tracking & Reporting: Analyze customer journey data and provide detailed insights on lead sources and acquisition performance.

UX/UI Design
-Page Creation & Design: Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly pages on Shopify.
-Creative Innovation: Deliver new, on-brand designs that enhance the user experience and improve conversion rates.
-Portfolio Submission: Provide examples of past UX/UI projects that showcase expertise in design and functionality.


Email Marketing
-Email Campaign Design: Create, implement, and optimize visually engaging email campaigns that drive results.
-Portfolio Review: Submit examples of past email campaigns you are most proud of, demonstrating creativity and effectiveness.
-Performance Tracking: Ensure emails are aligned with data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications
-Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Shopify, including performance optimization and bug troubleshooting.
-UX/UI Design Skills: Proven experience designing web pages with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
-Email Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing email campaigns and integrating them into marketing funnels.

Integration Knowledge:
-Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce) and email platform integrations.
-SEO Savvy: Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
-Portfolio Required: Submit examples of UX/UI work and email campaigns you’ve created in the past.
-Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.
-Communication Skills: Clear and proactive communication to share updates and ideas with the team.
