Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Professional Technical Lead to coordinate our technical team as they grow and deliver infrastructure and custom development. Our tech team requires a leader with proven expertise in the technology field who can bring organization, structure, and strategic execution to our projects. This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology initiatives, and we are looking for someone with a strong technical background who can lead and inspire our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Oversight: Provide direction and management for our tech team of four, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the team and executive leadership.
Project Management: Take charge of technical projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and are delivered on time and within scope.
Resource Allocation: Optimize resource distribution and workflow within the team to maximize productivity and project outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize a deep understanding of technical terminology, concepts, and industry best practices to facilitate clear communication and collaboration within the team.
Bug Management: Lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs in our technology platforms, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Strategic Implementation: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to comprehend strategic objectives, translating them into actionable plans and ensuring effective Execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a technical lead or project manager in a technology-driven environment, demonstrating expertise in the tech field.
Strong understanding of technical concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable tasks for the team.
