Tech Lead

This position pays $2000 USD per month.

Role
This contract position will be in charge of leading the technical side of development on our communications web application. As the primary you will manage a team of over 10 people. This position will be responsible for end to end production tasks for the project. Including keeping track of due dates and deliverables.

Responsibilities
Create client experience that is amazing
Lead team to drive the business forward
Drive development of a quality software using Agile
Collaborate and effective communication with product team
Interact with and follow direction from executives on project
Ensure high-quality code standards and practices are maintained
Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team adheres to best practices in security, scalability, and performance
Stay current on new technologies and propose adoption when applicable
Ensure all assets are on brand, consistent in format, up to date and accessible

Results
Deliver scalable, performant, and secure Service and a Software(our definition of SaaS) on schedule

Requirements
Native or close to, English verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as a tech lead or senior developer within a SaaS environment
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work under and handle pressure well
Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in a variety of situations
A proactive, problem solver and flexible approach to work
Excitement for helping consumer products companies
Willingness to see things through to completion
Understanding of software development principles, Agile, and devops
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Must know:
Vue.js v3
Node.js
Experience with all of the following:
Fastify.js for API
MongoDB
AWS server, ses and pinpoint

Experience in setting up and maintaining payment integrations
Database management experience
AWS management experience
AI understanding for API integration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
