We are seeking a dynamic and organized Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our fast-paced real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, marketing execution, and compliance adherence, helping our team deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations, calendar management, contract creations, MLS,and task coordination to ensure team efficiency.
Marketing Assistance:
Create, schedule, and manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms and other channels.
Design and distribute promotional materials and property listings.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Compliance Management:
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and brokerage requirements.
Review contracts and forms for accuracy and completeness.
Document Processing:
Manage and organize client and transaction files using ClickUp, ZipForms, DocuSign, and other tools.
Track deadlines and follow up on required actions or signatures.
Client Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate showings or meetings.
Provide timely updates to clients and tea
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in ClickUp, ZipForms, DocuSign, and related real estate tools.
Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies or platforms.
Work Ethic:
Reliable and dependable with a high level of professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
Previous experience supporting real estate teams or familiarity with real estate processes is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of compliance requirements within the real estate industry is a plus.
