Team Manager/supervisor

You will be in charge of overseeing the work of over 20 employees (remote workers) and growing, making sure they are meeting KPIs, making sure they are clocking in on time, doing their work and helping resolve any issues which may come up. You will need to get to know each employee personally in order to better communicate with them and be able to roll out disciplinary action if needed. Each week you will need to create a management report using KPIs to assess each member of the team.

You will need to have minimum 1 year of management experience to apply for this job with proof (2+ years preferred)

There will be an onboarding period to help you meet the team, other managers, and explain how the work should be done.

This job is not for everyone, you will be put in a high speed, high pressure environment and need to make sure things are running well every day.
