Location: Remote| Type: Full-Time | Environment: Start-Up, Fast-Paced

We are the SAME timezone as the Philippines, and this is a 9am-6pm position.

We’re seeking a Team Leader who can wear multiple hats, leading our team to operational excellence while driving client satisfaction and employee loyalty.

What You’ll Do

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

Recruit and Train: Hire top talent, build comprehensive training programs, and manage team onboarding.
Lead and Manage: Motivate and upskill employees, oversee quality control, and manage team output to ensure excellence.
Drive Operational Efficiency: Optimize systems, implement automation, and improve processes to enhance performance and scalability.
Foster Client Relationships: Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and seamless communication.
Enhance Employee Engagement: Build a culture of loyalty and satisfaction through clear communication, recognition, and personal development opportunities.
Deliver Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee social media strategies, SEO, content creation, and graphics to meet client objectives.
Maintain Attention to Detail: Ensure every deliverable exceeds expectations with a sharp eye for detail.

Proven Expertise in Digital Marketing: Hands-on experience with social media management, SEO, content creation, and graphic design.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
