Requirements of the contractor:
Strong communication skills (fluent English language skills both written and spoken)
5+ Years Experience leading and managing a team of remote teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Able to work autonomously
Ability to follow standards and processes
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong reporting skills, with experience in tracking metrics and generating insights from QA data
A high quality laptop and strong internet connection
Experience in Quality Assurance and Asset Delivery
Professional real estate photography and editing experience essential
Beneficial but not required - Experience with virtual tour manipulation and post production


Arrangement: Full Time Contract (Remote)
Division: Product Delivery Team
Timezone worked: 8:30am to 5pm GMT+3 (approx)
Position Description: This role is responsible for the performance of our editing team, strict quality reviews and delivery of all products in line with in house standards and customer preferences

Responsibilities of this contract:
- Direct a team of image editors to ensure all assets are up to industry and company standards
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to the team on performance, ensuring they understand the importance of consistency, accuracy, and quality
- Work closely with the editing team to ensure smooth handoff and feedback loops. Assist with technical troubleshooting as needed.
- Track and report on issues flagged during QA, document re-work rates, and suggest improvements for reducing rework and enhancing efficiency
- Quality reviews of all customer facing products that we deliver including virtual tours, photography, floor plans, etc to ensure that they are up to both in house standards and client specific preferences
- Continuously assess and improve the QA process to optimise workflows, reduce errors, and increase productivity without compromising quality
- Self editing images and correcting production issues as needed
- Managing delivery flow as directed to ensure all assets are delivered
- Adhering to delivery KPI's and reduction of defect rates
