Talented Salesforce Developer / Admin Wanted!

ABOUT US
We are a construction Project Management consultancy from Sydney, Australia. We help our clients to execute successful construction projects. We want to expand our Salesforce environment to run our internal business processes.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a tenacious upstarter who is passionate about Salesforce to help grow our business processes. We expect the role will be full time initially, before dropping back to part time once the main projects are completed.
Your first projects will include building custom lightning web components which will be tree grid tables which show parent/child relationships. Eg Project > Budget > Contract. You will need need experience with Apex to do this.
The next project will be helping to build a client facing portal. This portal will be to show our clients key project information, such as invoices they need to pay, and basic dashboard data.
Once these main projects are completed, we will have regular part time work, generally being business process improvement projects.
SKILLS
Must haves:
• Good English skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Salesforce development skills
• Building Lightning web components
• Coding with Apex
• Salesforce Flows
The following skills are optional but advantageous:
• Figma
• Make (Integromat) / Zapier
• Clickup
ABOUT YOU
The attributes which would best describe our ideal candidate include:
- Minimum 3 years of salesforce Development experience
- A self starter (we don't micro manage, only provide guidance)
- Close attention to detail
- Honest always. We will always be honest with you, and expect the same courtesy from all team members
- Ambitious, and entrepreneurial.
- Ready to learn the ins and outs of different Australian construction industry and how to help improve the business processes within Salesforce.
WORK SCHEDULE
We are flexible to the schedule of the right candidate. We expect intially this would be a full time role until the main projects are completed, before dropping back to part time (est 1-2 days per week).
