Talent/Influencer Outreach Coordinator

The member of staff will be responsible for building relationships for a TV Presenter/Influencer who is transitioning from the UK to Dubai. The position would be to leverage the work the talent has already done in UK and build new contacts/relationships positions. The contacts built will be in the following industries - Television, Radio, Events, Brand Collaborations. Covering the following areas - Real Estate, Finance & Entertainment.

- Research and identify key media outlets, broadcasters, and digital platforms relevant to TV presenting, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Identify contact details for content producers, program directors, and casting managers.
- Craft personalized outreach emails/messages to pitch talent to broadcasters, agencies, and platforms.
- Manage follow-up communication with leads to secure meetings, interviews, or project opportunities.
- Maintain a list of contacts and manage all communications using CRM tools (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, or spreadsheets).
- Build relationships with media contacts and key stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with potential collaborators.
- Track outreach efforts, set reminders for follow-ups, and manage a database of industry contacts.
- Social Media and Brand Awareness Support

Previous experience in PR, media outreach, or talent management is highly desirable!
