JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in sourcing top-quality candidates for the construction and property sectors, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining our talent pools using cutting-edge recruitment tools. If you have a passion for recruitment, a proven track record in sourcing candidates, and experience with tools like LinkedIn, JobAdder, Dripify, and Upgrade to see actual info, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain talent pools for key roles within the construction and property industries.
-Source candidates via LinkedIn, JobAdder, and other platforms.
-Write compelling job advertisements using GPT and post them on LinkedIn, Seek, and our website.
-Set up and manage candidate outreach campaigns using Dripify and Upgrade to see actual info.
-Manage candidate communications, including responding to inquiries and booking interviews.
-Update and maintain candidate data in JobAdder and HubSpot.
-Provide regular updates to the Director, ensuring alignment on quality candidates.

What We’re Looking For:
-Recruitment Sourcing Experience: Proven background in sourcing candidates for recruitment, with construction industry experience being a strong advantage.
-Tech-Savvy: Experience using LinkedIn, JobAdder, Dripify, Upgrade to see actual info, and HubSpot.
-Attention to Detail: Ability to manage candidate details and campaigns accurately.
-Proactive Communicator: Strong written communication skills and responsiveness.
-Work Environment: Ability to work in a quiet, confidential space with quality equipment.

Requirements:
-Quality laptop and multi-screen setup.
-Stable internet connection
-Headphones for clear communication.
-Quiet and professional workspace.

Benefits:
-Competitive weekly rate.
-Full-time role: 40 hours per week. (open to 30 hours as well)
-Work local Philippines time: 8 AM - 5 PM (flexibility around these hours if needed).
-New Zealand public holidays off.
