Job Description:
The Talent Marketing and Job Platform Lead is responsible for creating and executing innovative talent marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent. This role combines expertise in market research and job platforms to develop data-driven recruitment campaigns and enhance the company’s employer brand. The ideal candidate will leverage insights from market research to design targeted recruitment strategies and effectively utilize job platforms to maximize candidate reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Talent Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization. Focus on creating compelling employer branding and recruitment campaigns
· Market Research: Conduct market research to understand talent trends, competitor practices, and industry benchmarks. Analyze data to identify target candidate profiles, preferred job platforms, and effective marketing channels.
· Job Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of job platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ensure job postings are optimized for visibility and engagement across multiple platforms.
· Campaign Development: Design and execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns, including digital advertising, social media,
· Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand by creating engaging content, showcasing employee success stories, and promoting company culture through various marketing channels.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of talent marketing initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as application rates, candidate engagement, and cost-per-hire. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and external vendors to align talent marketing efforts with recruitment needs and organizational goals.
· Candidate Experience: Develop strategies to improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure that all interactions reflect the company’s values and enhance the overall candidate journey.
· Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in talent marketing, recruitment technology, and job platforms. Explore new tools and techniques to continually improve recruitment effectiveness.
