We're on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment and HR Manager to join our fantastic team! The perfect candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources functions within the organization. We're looking for a strategic thinker with robust communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong track record in managing recruitment processes and HR operations effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:

--Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's long-term business goals.
--Utilize market analysis, workforce planning, and forecasting to identify talent needs and trends.
--Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Talent Acquisition:

--Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
--Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
--Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract diverse talent pools.

Strategic Workforce Planning:

--Collaborate with the leadership team to understand staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
--Analyze and interpret workforce data to forecast future talent requirements and identify potential gaps.
--Develop succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and skill retention.

HR Policy and Program Development:

--Design and implement HR policies and programs that support the company’s strategic objectives.
--Lead initiatives on employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
--Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Employee Relations and Retention:

--Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
--Implement retention programs to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
--Conduct regular feedback sessions and stay interviews to understand employee concerns and address them proactively.

Training and Development:

--Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
--Partner with external providers to deliver specialized training and development programs.
--Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

--Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment and retention strategies.
--Prepare and present reports on HR and recruitment activities to senior management.
--Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of HR initiatives.

Team Leadership and Management:

--Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR and recruitment professionals.
--Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring effective workload management and productivity.
--Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
--Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.


Requirements:

--A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
--5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR management roles.
--Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor employment laws, and HR processes.
--Knowledge and understanding of labor employment laws in the US and AU are advantageous.
--Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
--You will be requested to present these strategies.
--Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
--Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
--Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
--Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
--Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.
--Residing in the Rizal Province, Marikina, and nearby cities is a plus.
--Willing to report at our Marikina City Office
