Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Contract)

Location: Remote
Schedule: Part-time, 3 AM to 7 AM PH Time (Limit of 22.5 hours per week)
Pay: $7.50 per hour so approximately $600 per month depending on hours worked
Contract Duration: 90 days, with the possibility of extension

Job Overview:

Next Move Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in communication and is adept at managing candidate outreach efficiently. You will be integral in connecting with prospective candidates to fill various roles within our healthcare services, ensuring the best talent is aware of and interested in our opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Communication: Initiate contact with prospective candidates to inform them about job openings. Note that a 30-day training period will precede this task.
Voicemail Management: Leave clear and professional voicemails for candidates who do not answer calls.
Texting: Send out initial texts to prospective candidates. You are not required to handle follow-up communications.
Daily Task Completion: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the set deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Customer Service; previous healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Possess a reliable and fast internet connection.
Proven ability to manage daily tasks and meet deadlines.
Must hold a college degree.

Additional Requirements:

Comfortable with using HubStaff, which will take screenshots of your screen every ten minutes as part of our operational transparency.
Agree to weekly payments every Friday.
