Location: Remote (United States)
Employment Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time after training)
Job Training: We will provide daily training (via Zoom/video) for the first month.

Position Summary:
As a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team by assisting with various sourcing and recruiting tasks. This position requires a self-starter who is dedicated, hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. You will be responsible for list-building, lead generation, CRM/ATS management, email marketing, and sourcing and recruiting follow-up communications.

Responsibilities:
Perform list-building and lead-generation activities to identify potential candidates for healthcare staffing positions.
Manage and maintain our CRM/ATS system to track candidate information and ensure efficient workflow.
Support email marketing campaigns to engage with potential candidates and nurture relationships.
Conduct sourcing and recruiting follow-up communications to schedule interviews and gather necessary documentation.
Collaborate with the team to identify innovative sourcing strategies and continuously improve our recruitment processes.

Requirements:
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Proficient in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
* Experience with CRM/ATS platforms for candidate management.
* Familiarity with lead generation software and email marketing tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management and communication.
* Ability to work hours that align with USA time zones or have a portion of overlapping hours.
