**Hourly Rate:** $10 - $15 USD per hour
**Job Type:** Remote, Part Time, Contractor

**Job Summary:**
The Tableau Developer will work closely with our data team to create, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and visualizations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in translating data analysis needs into effective data solutions and will ensure high-quality data representation to support business decisions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for dashboard development.
- Implement data blending, data extraction, and custom calculations as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to improve data visualization and presentation.
- Optimize Tableau performance and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal policies.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
- Proficiency in SQL, data blending, and ETL processes.
- Excellent understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with other data visualization tools and data analysis software is a plus.
