TikTok Specialist with a deep understanding of short-form content strategy, algorithUpgrade to see actual infochanics, and viral marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through cutting-edge TikTok content and campaigns.

This position requires expert-level knowledge of TikTok trends, advanced content creation skills, and a data-driven approach to optimising performance. You should be proficient in leveraging TikTok’s full suite of tools, from organic content and paid ads to influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Content Planning: Develop and execute a data-driven TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Identify emerging trends, sounds, and challenges to keep content relevant and engaging.
Content Creation & Production: Oversee or create high-quality, platform-native video content using TikTok’s tools, filters, effects, and editing features.
Community Engagement: Manage interactions, respond to comments, and build a strong brand presence through engagement strategies.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with TikTok creators to amplify reach and engagement.
Paid Advertising: Develop and manage high-performing TikTok ad campaigns, including In-Feed Ads, Branded Hashtag Challenges, Spark Ads, and more.
Performance Optimisation: Use analytics tools to track performance, A/B test content, and refine strategies based on data insights.
Cross-Platform Integration: Work alongside marketing teams to ensure TikTok campaigns align with broader digital marketing efforts.
Key Requirements

? Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing TikTok for brands, agencies, or personal ventures with demonstrable success.
? Content Creation Expertise: Strong skills in video production, storytelling, and TikTok-specific editing tools.
? Deep Algorithm Knowledge: Expertise in TikTok’s recommendation system, engagement metrics, and factors influencing virality.
? Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, optimise content, and refine strategy based on performance insights.
? Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer collaborations.
? Advertising Experience: Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, campaign budgeting, and performance tracking.
? Creative & Adaptive Mindset: Ability to pivot content strategies quickly based on trends and audience feedback.
? Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas, collaborate with teams, and engage with audiences effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

???? Previous experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, gaming, or lifestyle brands.
???? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other video editing tools.
???? Understanding of SEO for TikTok, including keyword optimisation and hashtag strategy.
???? Familiarity with UGC (User-Generated Content) and community-driven campaigns.
