As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers with technical issues related to CCTV systems, security cameras, E-bikes, and water timers. Your primary tasks include troubleshooting, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to chat,
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to installing and using cameras, CCTV, E-bikes, and water timers.
* Troubleshoot the root cause of the CCTV, Camera, E-bike or Water timer
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring they are always in the loop.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate with customers through various channels.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and or Cartrack's software applications to clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 6 months of tech support for the cameras, CCTV, E-bikes, and water timers. (NVR, DVR, POE)
* Candidates with experience in customer service support, technical support, quality assurance
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
* Proficient in English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hands-on and a positive attitude.
* Team player with a high energy level and ability to work independently.
