TEAM LEAD JOB POSITION (100% REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY) - NIGHT SHIFT

This is Raaya Social! Social Media Content Creation and Management company. We help our clients create attractive social media contents including graphic posts, reels, videos etc

Job role requires excellent Team Management + excellent Written English Skills
The role is answering client questions on one on one live chat via mobile device so candidate must have excellent mobile typing speed
We also require candidate to be extremely pro active and quick learner
Being able to flawlessly communicate with clients via written chat and written communication is a must
Communication language is English so having excellent command in written English is a must

We are looking for someone proactive and a quick learner as ours is a very fast paced work environment so only apply if you qualify.

Main job is to manage our Client Communication, managing Content Tasks by checking on them and making sure it's created based on client preferences, making sure Orders are completed with 100% client satisfaction and maintaining database
Managing a Team of Content Creators & making sure contents are created on time by checking on creators

The Job is very specific and here's a briefing to it

How it works is once order is placed for Content Creation, our clients will submit their requirements on the type of content they looking for either on messages chat or email or requirements form. So the job is to get the order executed correctly by getting content orders created by the content creator by delegating content tasks to creators, then once creator submits the task you gave to them, checking on created content task to make sure all client requirements are fulfilled, sending content to client & getting it approved by handling revisions if any.

Work Days - Sunday to Friday , 10pm to 7am Philippines time with Saturday off

Salary is 30000 Php monthly

Payment is reimbursed on 1st and 15th of every month via Paypal.
