Job Summary: We are looking for Systems Administrators with extensive experience in managing AWS Linux servers running WordPress sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management, onboarding, scaling, troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and securing of our server infrastructure. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our systems and protect them against malware and attacks.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Management:
Manage and maintain AWS Linux servers running WordPress.
Ensure high availability and performance of server infrastructure.
Perform regular updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Onboarding and Scaling:
Onboard new servers and integrate them into the existing infrastructure.
Scale server resources as needed to meet demand.
Optimize server performance and resource utilization.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve server-related issues promptly.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server and application issues.
Work closely with the development and support teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Testing and Monitoring:
Implement and manage monitoring tools to track server performance and uptime.
Conduct regular performance tests and capacity planning.
Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Security Implementation:
Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect servers against malware, attacks, and unauthorized access.
Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, specifically with AWS Linux servers running WordPress.
Strong understanding of server management, scaling, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Experience with monitoring tools and performance testing.
In-depth knowledge of security best practices and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Certified Linux Administrator).
Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Ansible, Python, Bash).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
