JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: As a Support Center Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Windows environments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Responding to and resolving helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
• Providing support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
• Administering Microsoft 365 environments, including user account management and permissions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Windows OS issues in a distributed environment (Desktop and Server).
• Assisting with user account management and password resets.
• Supporting backup and recovery software.
• Providing mobile device support.
• Managing and troubleshooting wireless networks.
• Documenting issues and solutions in the helpdesk system.
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Requirements:
• Work hours: Eastern Time Zone (EST) 830am-5pm
• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows System Administration in a distributed environment (Desktop and Server).
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software.
• Experience with mobile device support.
• Understanding of wireless networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
Additional Skills and Certifications (a plus):
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Microsoft Exchange
• Managed switches, routers, firewalls
• VMware/Hyper-V
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar.
