Sky View Suites launched in 2004, when the founders of the company were reviewing the performance of their first investment property and realized that a traditional unfurnished lease was leaving them with negative monthly cash flows. The founders decided to invest in the furnished apartment concept. This idea was a success, the company started to acquire investment properties and win long term rental contracts from large conglomerates. After acquiring a key competitor (torontofurnishedapartments.com) in 2017, Sky View Suites earned a spot amongst one of the largest furnished rentals companies in Toronto. Over the years, we have become one of the leading providers of furnished apartments and short term rentals in Toronto and GROWING.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EDT

Sky View Suites is seeking a virtual assistant for Sales Desk support to handle inquiries through the direct furnished rentals segment of the business, as well as more complex leads from it's Charity segment of the business (StayWell): (link removed)/. The role is a key aspect of the business, and the right candidate will bring a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and professionalism to the position.

Responsibilities:
-Utilizing our customer service solution platform (Zendesk) to respond to ----Sales Desk inquiries/StayWell inquiries as well as potential for help desk inquiries
-Answering phone calls for Sales Desk and StayWell Desk, with English proficiency a must
-Responding to Airbnb inquiries (includes leads and general questions) and updating the booking calendar
-Facilitate RMC platform requests (includes bidding, general questions, relaying arrival instructions, uploading details from inspections)
-Managing paperwork sent to tenants (includes creating, sending, reviewing, storing and following up)
-Updating Sales Desk content (suite information and suite listings)
-Writing proof of residency letters
-Working with other departments to update the booking calendar
- Administrative help on downtime
- Receive HelpDesk requests and assign tasks
