Job Overview
Are you ready to own the heartbeat of a thriving e-commerce business? As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take charge of a dynamic operation that ensures our curated gift packages are delivered with precision and excellence. From purchasing components locally and overseas to coordinating production schedules with co-packers, you’ll ensure every piece of the puzzle is in place.
This role is critical during high-demand seasonal periods like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, where forecasting and planning are key to maintaining smooth operations. You’ll manage a complex supply chain where finished SKUs depend on components sourced globally, keeping everything streamlined and avoiding delays or stockouts.
Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management
• Purchasing: Procure components from local and overseas suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring quality standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, track shipments, and manage all logistics to ensure timely arrivals.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and lead times, using precise forecasting to avoid overstock or stockouts during peak seasons.

Production & Assembly Coordination
• Co-packer Communication: Coordinate production schedules and ensure all components arrive on time.
• Assembly Orders: Issue detailed assembly orders to co-packers and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Review quality standards, ensuring every component and final product exceeds expectations.

Forecasting & Data Management
• Analyze historical data and sales trends to forecast inventory needs for seasonal periods like Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
• Plan restocking and production schedules to align with seasonal demands and avoid disruptions.
• Create and maintain streamlined systems to track orders, logistics, and production schedules.

Streamlining & Strategic Impact
• Develop and optimize processes to reduce costs, improve lead times, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to align supply chain efforts with business goals, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Drive sustainability initiatives in sourcing, packaging, and logistics.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise in Google Sheets, Docs, and Excel (bonus points for advanced formulas and data analysis).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to manage relationships with suppliers, forwarders, and co-packers.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for forecasting, problem-solving, and process improvement.

Experience & Mindset
• 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles (e-commerce experience is a big plus!).
• Background and experience in the food industry a big plus.
• Proven ability to forecast and manage inventory for high-demand seasonal periods.
• Experience and familiarity with Amazon FBA processes and inventory management.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to take ownership of your role.
