Supply Chain Manager - Mia Montreal

Key Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Manager, your role will include:

-Order Issue Handling (Daily):
Promptly resolve order-related problems to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflows.

-Daily Parcel Panel Updates (Daily):
Monitor and update parcel tracking systems for accurate shipment visibility.

-Price Adjustments (Daily):
Manage and implement pricing deductions in line with sales strategies.

-Quality Control (Daily):
Conduct quality checks to ensure our products meet Mia Montreal’s high standards.

-Order Issue Email Management (Daily):
Oversee email correspondence for order issues, ensuring timely and professional communication.

-Refund Management (Day 8):
Process and control refunds systematically after 8 days, adhering to company policies.

-Product Listing Coordination (Daily):
Communicate with the listing team to provide clear instructions for updating product details and listings.
