Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO and other tea
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle
Assist in customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries and handling requests
Perform research and gather data for projects
Manage document preparation and data entry tasks
Organize and maintain virtual files and databases
Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and other marketing tasks
Take ownership of various ad-hoc tasks to support business growth
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.)
Comfortable with social media platforms,
Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with managing online tools and digital marketing tasks
Knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or support roles
