Superstar Linkedin Outbound / Cold Email Outbound / B2B Meeting Generation

We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound LinkedIn & Cold Email Specialist to join our team and generate high-quality B2B meetings that convert into contracts.

You will be responsible for executing outbound campaigns using LinkedIn and cold email, managing prospecting sequences, and optimizing outreach strategies to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify ideal B2B prospects based on our target audience.
Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn and cold email.
Write and personalize outreach messages that engage and convert leads.
Follow up strategically to nurture and book meetings with decision-makers.
Track and optimize key performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion rates).
Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handoff of booked meetings.
Use automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Upgrade to see actual info, Sales Navigator, Woodpecker, or Lemlist) to scale outreach.
A/B test messaging, subject lines, and send times to improve performance.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in outbound lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and cold email marketing.
Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
Experience with B2B sales or appointment setting.
Proficiency with sales automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Data-driven mindset to track and optimize outreach campaigns.
Ability to work independently and hit key KPIs.
Excellent communication skills in English.
