We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive Amazon Seller Central expertise to support and manage various backend operations, account health, and listing optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Health Management:
Address suspected intellectual property violations and resolve related complaints.
Manage product authenticity and condition customer complaints.
Resolve listing policy violations and maintain compliance with Amazon policies.
ASIN and Listing Management:
Handle ASIN suspensions and restore listings.
Fix stranded inventory and update product listings.
Create and optimize variations, parent/child SKUs, and single listings.
Order and Fulfillment Management:
Manage returns, refunds, and fulfillment processes for FBA and FBM.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve buyer issues efficiently.
Reimbursements and Reports:
Process shipment reconciliation, inventory adjustments, and removal reimbursements.
Generate and analyze reports for sales, inventory, and account performance.
Flat File Management:
Perform bulk uploads, updates, partial updates, and deletions using flat files.
Utilize exemption sheets to optimize listings and ensure compliance.
Case Log and Seller Support:
Work directly with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues promptly.
Handle FBA shipment issues, suppressions, and case management.
Brand and Listing Optimization:
Manage brand registry, A+ content, and review listing accuracy.
Launch new products and create product bundles to maximize sales potential.
Inventory and Advertising Management:
Plan and maintain inventory health within limitations and optimize advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central, including backend support and virtual assistant roles.
Proven track record in account health management, listing optimization, and issue resolution.
Expertise in flat files, bulk uploads, and inventory management.
Strong skills in managing reimbursements, case logs, and customer support.
Familiarity with third-party tools and software for listing and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with product launches and creating product bundles.
Strong understanding of Amazon policies and guidelines.
Proficiency in advertising optimization and inventory planning.
Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces is a plus.
