JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Superstar Appointment Setter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance remote environment. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently book 15+ qualified appointments per day with potential clients for our sales team. This role requires a sharp, motivated, and results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, emails, and social media reach-outs to warm and cold leads.
? Engage and qualify prospects, ensuring they meet appointment criteria before scheduling.
? Use persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and build rapport.
? Consistently hit and exceed daily booking targets (15+ appointments per day).
? Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and appointment details.
? Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates and improve appointment quality.
? Follow up with no-shows, reschedule appointments, and nurture leads to maximize success.
