Subscriber Interaction Manager

We are looking for a motivated and personable Content Engagement Specialist to manage and interact with subscribers across various online platforms. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a knack for building rapport, and a talent for creating engaging conversations that drive meaningful connections.

Responsibilities:
• Engage in one-on-one text-based conversations with subscribers, fostering authentic connections.
• Respond to messages promptly and professionally, maintaining a friendly and engaging tone.
• Follow established templates and scripts while personalizing interactions to suit individual subscribers.
• Work with the team to identify ways to enhance the subscriber experience.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for optimizing interactions.

Requirements:
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Ability to adopt different conversational tones and styles based on subscriber preferences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or related fields is a plus.
