JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview: We are seeking a Facebook Feedback Specialist to help improve and maintain our Facebook feedback score, keeping it above 2 as we prepare for the launch of our US inventory. The ideal candidate will focus on managing our online reputation by submitting positive, genuine feedback, interacting with customers, and addressing potential concerns to ensure a strong presence on Facebook.

Job Responsibilities:

Submit well-crafted, positive feedback and reviews to maintain and improve our Facebook feedback score.
Actively monitor and engage with comments, reviews, and messages on our Facebook page to ensure a positive brand image.
Collaborate with the team to address negative feedback promptly, aiming to resolve issues and convert dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones.
Implement strategies to manage and improve the feedback score, ensuring it remains above 2.
Track and report on feedback trends to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on Facebook’s feedback policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, particularly in managing Facebook reviews and feedback.
Strong written communication skills with an ability to handle both positive and negative interactions professionally.
Knowledge of strategies to improve feedback scores on Facebook.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone and messaging.
Experience with reputation management tools or techniques is a plus.
