Sub Recruitment Virtual Assistant

We are a gutter cleaning company serving apartment complexes across 22 states, partnering with subcontractors to perform our work. Our team interacts with customers and another team communicates with subcontractors through phone, text, and email.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for additional Virtual Assistants to help us engage with potential subcontractors in a friendly, authentic, and trustworthy manner.

Role:
As a Sub Recruitment VA, you’ll reach out to potential subcontractors by text, interacting naturally and building trust—no robotic scripts. You’ll also source leads, verify documents (e.g., insurance, licensing), and ensure each subcontractor is a great fit.

Responsibilities:
Authentic Outreach: Text potential subcontractors, answer questions, and help them feel confident about joining our team.
Lead Generation: Find and list qualified gutter cleaners.
Document Verification: Check insurance, licenses, and other required paperwork.
Relationship Building: Communicate honestly, establish trust, and encourage sign-ups.
