Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Structural Engineer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of experience who is ready to bring technical expertise, a values-driven approach, and a desire for professional growth to our innovative projects. A PRC license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
* Structural Analysis & Design: Perform structural engineering tasks for a variety of projects, ensuring precision and innovation.
* Quality Assurance: Review pre-engineered wood truss, beam, and i-joist shop drawings for high-priority clients, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

* Communication: Engage with clients clearly and professionally, ensuring high responsiveness and precise clarity in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 5+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated technical proficiency. Revit Experience is a huge asset to have.
* License: PRC licensed engineer (required).
* Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running engineering software efficiently.
