JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a highly analytical and Strategic Financial Analyst to directly support the CEO through advanced financial modeling, impactful slide creation, and in-depth strategic analysis. This role demands a management consulting mindset, prioritizing strategic thinking over traditional accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel, focusing on forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision support.
- Create high-quality, impactful slide presentations for internal and external audiences, effectively communicating complex financial and strategic insights.
- Conduct rigorous financial and market analysis, identifying key trends and opportunities to inform strategic decision-- making.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on a range of strategic projects and initiatives, providing critical analytical support.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise reports and presentations, summarizing findings and actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts, leveraging financial analysis to drive growth and profitability.
- Perform ad-hoc strategic analysis and related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of strategic analysis and financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and slide production, demonstrating the ability to create professional, impactful deliverables.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, with the ability to apply them to real-world business scenarios.
