Selion Global, a premier leadership advisory and executive search firm, is looking for a Strategic Content & Brand Manager to take ownership of our content strategy, brand positioning, and digital engagement.
This is a fully remote role for Philippine-based professionals, offering global exposure, career growth, and the opportunity to work directly with company founders.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
? Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
Develop a high-level content strategy that positions Selion Global as a thought leader in executive search, leadership advisory, and retreats.
Write and manage articles, whitepapers, newsletters, website content, LinkedIn posts, and leadership reports.
Drive LinkedIn engagement and grow the company’s executive brand presence.
? Branding & Social Media
Manage Selion Global’s and Selion Global Retreats’ digital presence, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
Oversee LinkedIn, website, and content-driven engagement.
Ensure consistent messaging and high-end positioning across all channels.
? Marketing & PR
Support executive retreat marketing with high-end content and branding.
Identify PR and media opportunities to expand global visibility.
Collaborate with external partners for media and branding initiatives.

? 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, branding, executive communications, or PR.
? Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to senior business audiences.
? Experience in consulting, professional services, or leadership advisory is a plus.
? Ability to plan and execute a content strategy, not just create content.
? Familiarity with LinkedIn growth strategies, branding, and digital marketing.
? Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
? Flawless English writing and communication skills.
