Strapi/ Next JS React Developer

Job Title: Strapi & Next.js React Developer

We are seeking a Strapi & Next.js React Developer to play a key role in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.

IMPORTANT: This position requires availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours (9 AM to 6 PM).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web applications using Strapi (Headless CMS), Next.js, Node.js and React.js to support our firm’s
digital initiatives.
• Design and implement API integrations to streamline internal processes and enhance client interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and client engagement teams to develop user-friendly digital experiences, including client
portals and workflow automation.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of web applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously optimize digital platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Strapi, Next.js, Node.js and React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.).
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR).
• Knowledge of authentication, security best practices, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, or similar).
• Ability to work effectively during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
• Experience with database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer engagement workflows.
• Experience working in a legal, professional services, or corporate environment.
