Storyboard and Refinery artist

I need someone who can read a comic script, and deliver extraodinary drafts. but what I'm asking goes beyond delivering exceptional drafts.

I need someone who can make the drafts better and revise it after I give my critique, someone who can also make edits and adjusments to images that are already colored and are in lineart form. and someone who has very good communication.

If you can make amazing drafts, can take criticism and upgrade those drafts, and also make edits to pages that are already in lineart form, doing all of those while having good communication with both me and the rest of the team, then I'd love to have you on board.

hours in a week can range from 20 to 25, but what I'm really looking for is someone who can make 12 exceptional drafts a week, and make edits and adjusments to pages that are colored and in lineart form.
