Store manager

We are building a powerhouse team to scale our dropshipping business to 8 figures next year. To achieve this, we are looking for a highly experienced Store Manager who can oversee operations, ensure team efficiency, and contribute to business growth.

As a Store Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the team and will report directly to me. Your role is crucial in driving growth, improving processes, and ensuring all tasks are executed effectively.

What we expect from you:
- Leadership & Oversight – Manage and oversee the work of the product lister, ad creative designer, and media buyer to ensure - top-quality execution.
- Strategic Growth Input – Bring ideas and strategies to scale the business beyond just day-to-day management.
- Quality Control & Process Optimization – Ensure high standards in execution and streamline operations for efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all team members.
- Supervise product listing, ad creatives, and media buying to ensure alignment with our goals.
- Identify bottlenecks in our process and propose improvements.
- Ensure deadlines are met and workflows run smoothly.
- Report directly to me with key insights and strategic growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in e-commerce/dropshipping (Must)
- Strong leadership & communication skills (Must)
- Experience with Shopify, Trello, Slack, and Google Sheets (Pre)
- A growth-driven mindset and ability to think strategically
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Highly structured and detail-oriented work approach
Available 2-5 hours 7 days a week
