Stock Management and Amazon Expert

Stock and Order Management

• Process orders daily which comes through from Shopify, fulfilling orders on MRP Easy systems.
• Maintain wholesale platform (Upgrade to see actual info) along with processing and fulfilling Faire orders.
• Answer customer queries related to orders, products and website.
• Work with Production Manager on inventory management and production orders based on rate of sale.
• Maintain website, update content on website as and when required.
• Maintain on-page SEO work on website, closely working with external SEO expert.

Amazon Expert/ Account Manager

• Arrange FBA stock to be sent to Amazon by forecasting units needed on Amazon FBA based on a cover of 3 months stock.
• Arrange shipment with UPS for the Amazon restock to be collected and delivered to Amazon warehouse.
• Tracking the shipment to make sure items shipped at the Warehouse are complete and no missing/ damaged items.
• Raise any issues with Amazon managers/ customer service.
• Conduct product and competitor research on Amazon
• Reporting on Amazon Seller Central (creating payouts on MRP Easy, based on 2 weeks transaction reports from Amazon).
• Analysing Amazon data using tools provided by Seller Central.
• Maintaining and improving Amazon listings. Managing Amazon’s account health.
• Keyword research and optimisation.
• Manage Ad spend and campaign building on Amazon.
• Maintain Amazon SEO on current listings.

Key Skills/ Experience

• Minimum 2yrs experience with Amazon Seller Central administration.
• Skilled in Amazon ads, keyword analysis and optimisation.
• Experience in Shopify & inventory management systems.
• E-commerce band support.
• Experience in the Beauty and Personal care sector.
• Skilled multi-tasker, collaborative team player, and ready for hands-on involvement.
