JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:

We are a growing Airbnb property management company, Stay in Nest Hosting, currently overseeing 20 properties. We leverage technology and exceptional service to provide guests with unforgettable stays while ensuring smooth operations for property owners. Our portfolio is listed on Airbnb and VRBO, with plans to expand into direct bookings. We use tools like Hostaway and Turno to streamline operations, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Guest Communication:
• Respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide high-quality support to maintain Superhost status and positive reviews.

Vendor Coordination:
• Schedule and communicate with cleaners, handymen, and other service providers using Turno and other tools.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and properties are guest-ready.

Emergency Management:
• Handle urgent situations such as lockouts, maintenance emergencies, or unexpected guest needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and troubleshoot problems efficiently to minimize disruption.

Operations Management:
• Use Hostaway to manage property listings, reservations, and calendars.
• Keep Airbnb and VRBO listings updated, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.
• Monitor and optimize operations as we prepare to expand into direct bookings.

Reporting and Admin:
• Track expenses, generate basic reports, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Contribute to improving processes for smoother operations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Tech-Savvy:
• Experience with tools like Hostaway, Turno, Airbnb, and VRBO is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and other online collaboration tools.
• Ownership Mentality:
• A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and follows through on tasks.
• Exceptional Communication Skills:
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with guests and vendors.
• Organized and professional in all interactions.
• Availability:
• Flexible to work during Pacific Time 2PM - 12AM and handle urgent guest needs, especially on weekends.
• Relevant Experience:
• Previous experience in short-term rental management, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
