Are you an organized and proactive professional with experience in healthcare staffing? Do you have a strong background in recruiting CNAs and caregivers while ensuring compliance with all required documentation? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We are looking for a Virtual Staffing Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing—preferably someone with a nursing background to fully understand expectations and requirements. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills to ensure our staffing needs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job listings on Indeed, WhatsApp groups, and other recruitment platforms.
Manage all candidate communication primarily through
Schedule and conduct interviews via Zoom.
Collect, verify, and upload all necessary documentation into the Axis Care system.
Actively recruit CNAs and caregivers for both the private sector and Medicaid.
Follow up on missing or expired documentation, ensuring all files are up to date.
Conduct background checks and fingerprinting for all candidates.
Present professionally as you are the first point of contact for our company.
Demonstrate EXCELLENT follow-up skills and ensure all tasks are completed daily.
Take initiative in improving processes and share ideas on how we can enhance our operations.
Work independently and efficiently, handling multiple tasks without the need for constant supervision.
Who We’re Looking For:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing.
A nursing background is a plus but not required.
Strong written and verbal English skills are essential.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
A self-starter who takes ownership of their role and goes the extra mile.
Not afraid to suggest improvements and contribute to the company’s growth.
