Sr. Sales Manager - Inside and Outbound

We are looking for a senior sales manager to do a combination of inside sales, prospecting and email outreach. We also are seeking someone confident and with experience in cold calling outreach.

This role will not involve signing new customers. This role will be focused on finding opportunities and then handing over the opportunity to someone senior to lead the deal discussion. However for each deal signed from a lead generated, this role will earn a small commission of the deal value. Deals can range from 12-60k per year.

Over time this role can progress into a sales management role earning higher commissions where deals are fully managed by the candidate.

Part of each week will be spend on cold calling to prospect opportunities and gauge interests. Most of each week will be prospecting for lists, and making sequences.

We want someone with some experience, but otherwise hungry to prove they can be an all-in-one sale leads generation machine.

The hours will be flexible – its based on results completely. This is a full time position with a base salary (ranges flexible and based on experience).

Key requirements:
- Hubspot advanced experience.
- Cold calling past experiences in sales roles
- Cold outreach email campaign creation management experience
- Prospecting experience (sales navigator, Apollo, other similar tools welcomed)
- Excellent English language abilities – written and spoken.

You should understand the general principles and needs of how to use email domains, keep them health to avoid spam filters, 'warm' them to use over a staged approach, and what text and techniques work best to avoid spam filters. You will not need to know how to set this up technically, but you should understand the needs and what's important.

This role involves several skills and a certain confidence in mentality. We will support client profile information, support copy for emails, sales stats, and provide training in specific industry areas.

What we can’t train is your attitude and savviness. That’s what’s key right now.

What we are not seeking to train are the basics of cold outreach (technical and practical) - you should have knowledge and experiences in these areas.

This role reports directly to the MD. It has a lot of progression opportunities for pay and benefits. A lot of freedom and flexibility, when the results are strong. The right person will thrive in this role.
