Marketing Contractor (Remote Work)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Contractor to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to help us achieve our business goals. The candidate will be the primary project manager between our marketing agency, and our internal brand.

Responsibilities:
? Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans tailored to our target audience.
? Managing our social media accounts by cross-posting, content management, and organic search (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram).
? Create compelling content for company wide newsletter.
? Review, update, revise, and publish blog content. This is NOT a blogger role— the blog articles are drafted by a third party, but the candidate will manage to edit and publish these, and cross-post on various social media platforms.
? Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall objectives.

Requirements:
? Proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
? Expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Brand enthusiasts- we’re looking for fresh ideas to grow and expand our brand, increase page views, and content.

? Experience in SEO Tools (1 year preferred), WordPress (1 year preferred), Branding (1 year preferred) Mailchimp (1 year preferred) Asana, Slack.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? Previous experience working with financial services.
