Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AutoCAD Drafter with 10+ years of experience in hospitality projects to support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and large hotel groups, ensuring all drawings meet US building codes, hospitality standards, and ADA compliance. This is an offshore role requiring the candidate to work US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, millwork details, and RCPs using AutoCAD.
Ensure all drawings align with hospitality design standards, local building codes, ADA requirements, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with US-based architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and evolving project requirements.
Conduct quality control checks on all drawings before submission.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Requirements:
A CV and portfolio are a must
10+ years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, specifically for hospitality projects in the United States.
Proven experience working in boutique hotels, luxury hotels, and large hotel groups.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is a plus.
Deep understanding of US building codes, ADA compliance, and hospitality brand standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a US-based team.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Must be willing to work US business hours (PST, CST, or EST).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FF&E layouts, MEP coordination, and construction detailing.
Familiarity with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or other major hospitality brand standards.
Ability to adapt to different client design preferences and project scopes.
